Description of Services ZenXGuard is a digital health platform that enables users to: Collect biometric, behavioral, and journaling data View AI-generated mental health risk assessments Receive adherence-based token rewards (Zen Coins) Join secure support groups with encrypted communication Receive crisis alerts, real-time notifications, and medication reminders Integrate with wearables and health record systems (where supported) ZenXGuard is not a substitute for licensed clinical care, diagnosis, or emergency services. 4. Account Security Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must immediately notify ZenXGuard if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that appear compromised or abused. 5. User Conduct You agree not to: Upload malicious code, spam, or interfere with platform operations Misrepresent your identity or submit falsified biometric/journaling data Attempt to reverse-engineer or tamper with ZenXGuard’s code, machine learning models, APIs, or architecture Harass, threaten, or impersonate other users, caregivers, or clinicians Use the platform in any way that violates applicable law, including health data laws 6. Token System and Incentives ZenXGuard provides users with virtual tokens (“Zen Coins”) for completing actions such as medication intake, journaling, or mood tracking. Zen Coins have no real monetary value and are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash. Tokens may be redeemed only through approved services within ZenXGuard. We reserve the right to alter, pause, or terminate the token system at any time without liability. Misuse of the token system (e.g., spoofed biometric data or “false confirmations”) may result in account suspension or loss of earned tokens. 7. AI Risk Analysis Disclaimer ZenXGuard uses machine learning to evaluate data inputs and generate risk scores. These scores are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. No AI model is infallible. False positives and negatives may occur. Use of ZenXGuard’s assessments should be discussed with a licensed healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions. 8. Emergency Alerts ZenXGuard’s crisis escalation features may automatically notify designated contacts or caregivers in critical-risk scenarios. While designed with best efforts, we do not guarantee delivery of alerts via SMS, email, fax, or push notifications. ZenXGuard is not a substitute for 911 or local emergency services. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call emergency services directly. 9. Data Privacy and Consent All data collection is governed by explicit user opt-in controls. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AES-256 or equivalent standards. You may grant and revoke access to clinicians, caregivers, or support group members. We comply with applicable privacy laws, including HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA, where relevant. 10. Third-Party Services ZenXGuard may offer integrations with third-party services (e.g., wearable devices, telehealth platforms). We are not responsible for any data breaches, inaccuracies, or service outages caused by third-party platforms. Use of third-party tools is subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. 11. Software Licensing and IP Ownership All code, models, UI/UX, trademarks, and designs are property of ZenXGuard or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Platform. You may not resell, reproduce, adapt, or repurpose any component of ZenXGuard without written consent. 12. Disclaimer of Warranties ZenXGuard is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding: The accuracy or completeness of health assessments Continuous, uninterrupted service Compatibility with your device, network, or third-party hardware/software Error-free functionality or loss of user data You use the Platform at your own risk. 14. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZenXGuard and its affiliates shall not be liable for: Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages Personal injury, emotional distress, or loss of data arising from Platform use Failure of any crisis alert to reach the intended party Actions or decisions taken based on AI-generated insights 15. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material updates through in-app notifications or email. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. 16.
